I really enjoyed the conversation and there were lots of little gems to take away.  You can tell James has done his research, which I respect.

Love the idea of breaking it down to the “first 2 minutes” and the rule of “never miss twice”.  I also really like how they speak of not judging our habits but thinking about how they ultimately serve us and the identity we wish for ourselves.
