If you choose 2, I’m with you. It’s true, I have dessert most nights. Like a hunk of vegan nanaimo bar dessert. My hubby and I share a deep fondness of dessert. We’re ok with it.
If you choose 1, let me offer you an alternative. How about something that does a little ( or a lot) for you? How about something that will help your cells renew overnight instead of hampering?

Tocos + He Shou Wu + Ashwagandha + Chaga
Put the powders into your NutriBullet, pour boiled water over them (a cup ish), then blend. Pour into favourite mug and slip under the covers to enjoy the last few moments of the day.
